Back to Mutual Defense Network
To visit other camps, you must teleport there. At level 1, your camp is under the protection of the Corporate Defense Network. That means that no one can enter your camp until you are ready. You may teleport freely to any camp without losing your Corporate Defenses.
The Corporate Admin Common Areas are Corporate specific, and can only be entered by an Avatar of the correct corporation. These are located in the corners of each quadrant. Weapons will not fire, and you cannot bring Rovers into a Corporate Admin common area.
The UN regions are located in the center of each quadrant, and can be accessed by all Avatars. Weapons will not fire and you cannot bring Rovers into the UN. They are safe no-fire zones, and are often hubs of commerce and trade.
UNReps are a part of the UN Support Alliance (UNSA) and are special camps set up by veteran trustees and Gamemasters. These Avatars and their buildings are invulnerable. UNReps are there to help. You can call for UN Support via the UN Support Channel in the Chat System. Please do not get UNRep camps confused with the UN. A UNRep camp is NOT a no-fire zone. Although a UNRep is there to assist you, you can still be killed in a UNRep camp.
Take your time building your defenses. You can teleport to Visitor camps or friendly camps at first and get into a few little skirmishes to get a feel for combat. This will also give you a chance to make alliances.
Before you can teleport, you will need a Teleport Matrix. If you have not built one yet, do so now. To teleport, go into the Nerve Center, click World View, and zoom all the way in. Here you can browse the other camps in your Quadrant and determine which camps are open for teleporting. You will notice that some camps are grayed out and locked. You cannot teleport to a locked camp. Find an unlocked camp, click on a it, and then click "TELEPORT INFO". This will bring up the Teleport Confirmation System, which gives you info like your current bulk, Transium cost to teleport, and units available to teleport.

You can bring Rovers and other Avatars with you on a teleport. To select a unit to bring with you, it must be within the Teleport Matrix zone.

Once a unit appears in the Teleport Confirmation System, you select it by dragging-and-dropping it into the left field of the box. Teleportation cost is determined by your bulk (how much you are bringing with you) and distance. The amount you can take with you is determined by your Level.
NOTE: if you group your rovers (using the ctrl + # command) then you can more easily load your rovers for teleporting by just hitting the number assigned to a group of rovers. Hit the number again to unload them from the teleporter.
When you are ready, click the "TELEPORT" button to commence.

Sometimes, you may get an error message "All Teleport Channels are full". This means that there are too many Avatars in a camp. The most Avatars that can be in one camp is 15 enemies, 15 allies and the owner - effectively 31 players. If you get this error, you will need to try again later.
