This powerful Mod will add an upper layer of Transteel-aluminum alloy to any armor, which will then be able to reflect some of the damaging power of beam weapons. Reflectivity will reduce Beam damage by 10%. Consequently, this modifier will also increase an armor's existing protection factor by an additional 10% as well. So an armor 15% resistant to Flame weapons will become 25% resistant to Flame and Beam weapons.
