Cloak Cost - The amount of TU it cost for the object to Cloak
Cloak Range - The percent a cloaked object reduces an enemies detection range (normally 250m, or 600m with a Spotter Tower)

BruteForce continues to push their new Stealth technology with the Shadowcast. Although this mod doesn't give its target the same cloaking time, range and cost as the Shadow Mark R Rover or Shadow Mark T Turret, used wisely, this modifer will make raiding and defending just a little more deadly. An enemy Spotter Tower can render this mod almost useless.
